Charming hotel on the Rio Duero. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and our terrace hung right over the river. Food was excellent. Staff members went the extra mile when one of our party became ill.

The setting was wonderful, by the side of the river, with the sound of running water. And the food in the restaurant was excellent.

The staff weren't terribly friendly when we first arrived.

The modern design of the rooms in the ancient setting was stunning. The restaurant and bar in the old building was equally so. They knew their wines. The manager was the only English-speaker but she took time with everyone, arranging tours or explaining how dishes were prepared in the restaurant. All staff were genuinely knowledgeable and caring.

Would be difficult if you were less than able - stairs everywhere.

The hotel is right by Duero, which is sacral river for all lovers of Spanish wines and specifically D.O. Ribera del Duero. The hotel is small, but it has a remarkable interior design and a magnificent restaurant. Highly recommended.

The food was amazing. Very nice facilities and staff. I loved my room I could hear the river outside as a fell asleep. Amazing location.

It was rather cold in the rooms, the bathroom did not have any heating at all. The open fire in the lobby was not on in the evening There was a shortage of staff, we saw the same lady at the reception,in the bar, during dinner as a waitress and during breakfast. She did a good job but I think she gets too many tasks. She made a mistake in the bill, but fortunately we noticed it. She is overworked due to shortage of staff. We had to swallow the different courses of our dinner in a haste, could not enjoy our wines.

The food in the restaurant was delicious, staff was very helpful as we have very bad Spanish, outside of our room there was a beautiful terrace next to the river and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing.

Dog friendly, on site parking, friendly staff, great restaurant, breakfast included, and in the center of the wine region. Very quiet in the off season.

Should market themselves better!

Entorno inmejorable. En pleno corazón de la Ribera del Duero. Rodeado de bodegas, de vinos y de excelentes restaurantes. Para pasar unos días y disfrutar de la comarca.

Repito lo que ya deje constancia en la hoja de sujerencias: - Deberían actulizar los aparatos de TV en los dormitorios - En los bonitos espacios comunes que dan frente a los dormitorios, no deberían dejar a grupos de niños que lo utilicen como lugar de juego, los pavimentos, puertas etc... de madera hacen mucho ruido y molesta mucho a los que quieren descansar. -Cuando están las 23 habitaciones al 100% el agua caliente sanitaria tiene mucho que desear.
